The case is very heavily built out of solid Mahogany with a swan neck pediment & reeded brass columns.

The untouched pretty arch dial has inner date & second dials.

The substantial very well made 8 day duration movement has “dead beat” escapement & also “maintaining power” & strikes the hours on a bell.
